Moxon Music is dedicated to publishing music designed to bring out the very best in players of all abilities by providing stimulating and interesting music that is fun to learn and inspiring to perform.
Moxon Music is an Australian music publishing business created by Suzanne Moxon - a composer, teacher and performer who was constantly being asked to provide scores for schools where players were looking for something challenging, modern and fresh.
We aim to provide the very best original sheet music for teachers searching for quality works that their students can learn and enjoy.
For performers of every level we have scores available that will enhance your repertoire adding variety and flavour. You can also find works dedicated to the technical aspects of mastering an instrument.

Biography - Suzanne Moxon
I have always been passionate about music. My earliest memories are full of creative exploration on the piano, classical guitar and violin. I knew from an early age I would study music and become a composer.
I attended the Conservatorium of Music and studied composition, graduating in 1988 with a Diploma in Instrumental Music. My early works were experimental often very atmospheric.
Soon after graduation, I moved to Japan and lived there for more than 5 years. In Japan I had a chance to study various elements of Japanese music and culture which influenced the way I approached music composition.
I returned to Australia and began composing music that was influenced by Jazz. I also started teaching instrumental music and most recently have been teaching String Instrumental Music programs in various Primary and Secondary Schools on the Sunshine Coast.
By 2000 I realized that one of my unfulfilled dreams was to create music for film. I began working with computer-based music programs and contemporary sounds - combining them with more traditional instruments. The mix proved very exciting and finally I was able to work on film projects.
Composing music for film is very exciting for me and I am very passionate about it. I am constantly testing new ideas and styles to see what works in highlighting the subtle nuances that film offers.
The various influences and experiences of my life have shaped my compositions and music styles. I continue to write performance music for orchestras as well as smaller ensembles, and various jazz pieces in addition to writing for film.
