This piece is designed for advanced or professional players [particularly 1st violinists] and is challenging and rewarding to master. A triplet motif is the driving rhythmic force underpinning the entire score of Morph. Players need a good sense of rhythm and control of bow to master this work as a group. Morph works very effectively as a quartet with the double bass part omitted.
